GART Roundtable Logo

Government Affairs Roundtable (GART)

GART is NAA’s must-attend event that unites and educates the rental housing industry’s advocates on the legislative and regulatory challenges, trends and emerging issues impacting rental owners and operators.

This year’s program focuses on “housing affordability” and explores campaign strategies and housing policy solutions to enhance the industry’s advocacy at all branches and levels of government.

We need to encourage policymakers to adopt sustainable solutions that address the nation’s severe housing supply shortage and increase renters’ choice and access to quality, affordable housing, instead of adverse policies like rent control, mandatory inclusionary zoning, resident screening restrictions, just cause eviction policies and source of income laws.

Who Should Attend?

Monday, August 1 – Wednesday, August 3: The program is open to all staff of NAA’s affiliated apartment associations and industry leaders interested in advocacy. Registration is complimentary for affiliate staff. The registration fee for NAA members is $500.
